ABELCO knows: When it comes to spare parts or critical instruments, speed is often an issue. Thus, we strive to guarantee our customers the fastest possible and most reliable delivery dates – without compromising quality or precision. Still, "Good things need time" applies. Even if it's only a few hours.

CNC PRODUCTION

We mill or lathe complex contours and surfaces for individual parts or in batches with CAD-CAM-supported CNC production in the 3-/4-/5-axis range. Our postprocessors convert almost all common drawing data formats.

Micro manufacturing of various materials is also part of our daily business. Milled parts start in the size of 2x2x2mm and are lathed from 1mm diameter. Bores from 0.1 mm and threads from M0.5 are possible as well. With qualities of up to Rz0.1 or Ra0.02. "Precision mechanics" for highest demands.

CONVENTIONAL PRODUCTION

Often enough, a conventional, single part production makes sense as it saves costly CNC set-up expenses for our clients.

ASSEMBLIES

For smaller assemblies, rely on our all-round carefree package: A complete production including assembly of all purchased parts and optical finish at fair conditions.

With the work at our in-house assembly stations as precise as the milling and turning itself. No surprise we count companies from the watchmaking, optical and medical sectors among our long-standing customers.

SPARE PARTS

We manufacture spare parts for your plants and machines, according to samples (also defective), sketches or drawings. We are also happy to create drawing data for you.

Can't afford downtime? In particularly urgent cases, we manufacture on the same day: Just-in-time.
