    Regarding work preparation we use a CAD-CAM system with efficient post processors on all controlled machines. Using Edgecam to program directly, we are able to convert drawing data formats like DXF, DWG, Step and many more into optimal toolpaths.

    MEASURING

    Manufacturing according to very strict quality standards, based on the QSV 1002/98 of Hauni-Maschinenbau AG and ISO 9001, our measuring equipment is continuously tested, calibrated and renewed. For more complex and 3D measurements we work with competent partners. In addition to precise inspection of the dimensions and appearance of all components, we also produce an in-house measurement report including the required initial sample test reports for each manufactured position at an extra charge.

    If however an error should occur despite these high standards, we provide you with a quick and unbureaucratic replacement. Why? Because our success is measured by your satisfaction - since 1952.
